There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. You can be pro with this theme.
I am building a real estate site right now using WP and I am in search of the perfect theme. I really like this one and the map at the top, in the corner really caught my attention. I like the way that is positioned on the front page. I’m trying to decide between this one and a couple of others you have.
Love the fields on the front page for searching. Nice theme overall! Many features is a plus!
I agree with Stephanie (above poster), the map really caught my attention and I like it. I think any good real estate theme should have the options of looking for homes by selecting the specifics like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc..
I need a theme that will feature my listings as well as feature articles I write on real estate. I’ve been writing articles on a basic blog so that I can get some search engine action on the keywords in the articles as well as attract potential buyers or sellers based on their perception of my expertise. This theme seems to have the structure to do that for me in a classier way than a standard blog format. Thanks for presenting the details and visuals on this theme.
