It’s somewhat basic compared to other themes listed here. You could edit it though to include such things as your phone number.

The theme allows you to create property listings of two types – Buying and Leasing – each with a details and listing page. Additionally you can create pages like this one to hold general content and submenus so that the site is largely extensible.

Theme features:

  • Searchable listings via wordpress search function
  • Editable homepage content via a customized WP-Admin panel
  • Simple, clean CSS to easily update colours
  • Flexible page structure that can accomodate a large amount of content
  • Easy to create “listings” from WordPress posts
  • Works with WordPress 2.6 (no word yet if it works with 2.7 though)
  • Mainly 2 column layout, except for the home page
