I like the featured listing slider element and being able to change colors will really make listings stand out.
The wordpress 3.0 menus support is sweet. Nice color variation as well. One more positive is the built-in contact form so you don’t have to bother setting up a complicated plugin. Nice!
I like the themes that have the feature slider and am comparing these themes before buying one. With this theme I like that I coulc toggle the status on the posts to indicate New, Priced Reduced, Sold, etc. I have been using Twitter to promote my listings and I have a page and profile on my real estate company’s site, but really need my own site to present myself, my listings and services.
