Woothemes have released a new theme for real estate agents called Estate. It has many new features that I’m sure will be welcomed such as IDX integration.
This real estate WordPress theme includes many of the standard options you want in a theme such as widgetized sidebars, wp 3.0 menus, but also includes cool features such as IDX which I mentioned above and also google maps integration. You can create custom post types and the theme even includes a featured slider which can scroll through noteworthy properties you want to showcase on your homepage.

If you want the best available theme for your WordPress powered real estate site I’d give this theme serious consideration. Any real estate agent or realtor would be able to put this theme to good use on their main site or as a satellite site.

This is just what I was looking for. I have been searching for days for the theme I want to use on my site, I think I just found it. LOVE THIS THEME!!!
Our realty company does a lot of volume of sales on low priced properties, foreclosures and short sales. I was put in charge of finding a theme that would have easy search features including search by location, property categories, tags plus IDX integration. I think this theme might be the one we will buy, but will check the other real estate themes here as well.
