I like how they integrate dsidxpress but I don’t like their layout. But it’s still a great theme for an agent needing some kind of idx integrated wordpress blog (better than going to wordpress.com directly).

This is one of the first themes I’ve seen that would also work for a broker with agents working for them instead of the themes that focus on the listings in inventory. I want my agents to be able to manage their own listings on the site. We’re an independent brokerage, meaning not a franchise, so we don’t get a franchise broker template site to customize.

I like the themes that have the feature slider and am comparing these themes before buying one. With this theme I like that I coulc toggle the status on the posts to indicate New, Priced Reduced, Sold, etc. I have been using Twitter to promote my listings and I have a page and profile on my real estate company’s site, but really need my own site to present myself, my listings and services.

Our realty company does a lot of volume of sales on low priced properties, foreclosures and short sales. I was put in charge of finding a theme that would have easy search features including search by location, property categories, tags plus IDX integration. I think this theme might be the one we will buy, but will check the other real estate themes here as well.

I need a theme that will feature my listings as well as feature articles I write on real estate. I’ve been writing articles on a basic blog so that I can get some search engine action on the keywords in the articles as well as attract potential buyers or sellers based on their perception of my expertise. This theme seems to have the structure to do that for me in a classier way than a standard blog format. Thanks for presenting the details and visuals on this theme.

I hired a college student (marketing major) as an intern to ramp up my social media marketing for my real estate site. I recommend the same to anyone who isn’t up on social media to see if they can hire an inexpensive intern or even an intern who will work on their project for a credit or course requirement. So far I have seen an increase in our traffic. Sales? Another story…

This theme is exactly what I need to highlight the listings I have plus a larger map than most themes, a contact form and built in search feature. I would need to see if the search feature could be integrated to access realty company’s listings database or if I could even have a coder insert the MLS search feature javascript code. Will be checking into it.

I’ve been looking for the perfect theme for showcasing listings and services. I also like that this theme isn’t just for a single agent since I work with a partner and we’ve been looking for a theme that would work for more than one agent. And a theme that would have an attractive slider as we spend a lot on professional photography and a staging company to stage our property listings.

I agree with Stephanie (above poster), the map really caught my attention and I like it. I think any good real estate theme should have the options of looking for homes by selecting the specifics like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc..
